I can't believe how fortunate I am, to have a place like Soul Body Yoga, and Mina, right here in Moorpark. The studio classes are intimate, challenging, and rewarding.

After 3 months, 2 times a week in your   Hatha/Vinyasa flow class, I went on a very intense backpack trip. After the trip, the first time in over 20 years I did not have any hip or knee pain. I believe that your class made all the difference.

Me and my husband recently went to this yoga practice about 3 weeks ago and I have to say we absolutely fell in love with it. Mina the owner is just amazing and we connected with her straight away. We went on a Sunday class just to try it out and signed up straight away. This studio is just perfect. What I love is that your not judged it’s your practice and you are just guided with amazing teachers.

This Yoga studio is amazing lead by Mina who will totally help change your life.  My running and fitness levels have greatly increased just from Mina's Yoga sessions.
