Liza began her yoga journey in early 2002, while in college studying Psychology and Physical Education. At first, yoga was just a weekly class, that she attended to stretch her sore muscles. Having been an athlete her whole life; running, cycling, snowboarding and gym workouts, it only seemed right to practice yoga, too. After years of injuries and a torn down body, she turned her heart to yoga fully.
She finished her 200 and 300 hours at Yogaworks training with her mentor, and now is teaching yoga to her students, which is her greatest passion in life. Liza loves teaching all styles of yoga Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and restoratives. She recently attended a yin training 50 hours with David Kim and believes Yin Yoga is the Yin-delicious.
