Yoga has been on the perscription list of more and more doctors and recommended as a way to bring balance, strength and healing to our bodies as well as a tool to manage stress, depression, PTSD and list goes on. This class will cover therapeutic sequences targeting specific areas of the body. It has elements of physical movements as well as breath work and meditation. Each session is focused on either upper body, mid and lower back or lower regions. These sequences will be integrated at the end of each month for the whole body Therapeutic practice.
