Wall classes are offered privately as well as in small groups. They are in two categories: Therapeutic sessions are mainly focused on the back and neck and are an excellent alternative for post-surgery rehabilitation, Physical Therapy and Chiropractic Treatments. There are more challenging uses of our Yoga Wall system that are designed to build strength, add muscle tone and shape up the body without any extra added weights.
