As in the name, this class is practiced in higher temperatures which helps participants take their poses to deeper levels due to warmer muscles.The sequence of the poses are the same in each class and since there are no weight baring poses on the hands/arms it is very suited for heavier individuals as well as the ones who have hands,wrist, or shoulder issues. Please dress light, hydrate before and bring water and a large towel.
