Instructors:
Before you
read on I want you to
know that all of my instructors have come into my life perhaps by
coincidence however there are no coincidences in this world.
They are sweet souls and I honor
them by what they are willing to give to the community and their love
for wellness not by any degrees or titles that they may hold to their
names.

STEVE
|
Steve is a long time practitioner and has lived in California all his life. He has
benefited from so many of the wonderful teachers in Southern California and is grateful
to all the teachers who guided him over the last ten years and continue to do
so. His approach to Yoga is as a greater metaphor for life in the sense
that his focus is on building solid safe foundations in posture, seeing and
teaching that conscious alignment, breath and balance are the elements of a
strong and flexible Yoga practice and also basis for healthy, peaceful, tolerant
living. Steve's teaching style is fun, light and nurturing, but never
without a spiritual approach. "In our Yoga practice, as in our daily
lives, we are tasked with working from the inside to the outside in body, in
mind, spirit and divinity.".
